Consultation Terms

- Who you consult. Consultations are provided by qualified Ayurveda physicians (BAMS) and menopause specialists engaged by Menoveda Life Sciences Private Limited, by video, phone or WhatsApp. Your consultant's name and qualification are shared when you book.
- What a consultation is. A consultation gives you personalised guidance on diet, lifestyle, yoga and supplements for your life stage. It does not replace your regular doctor, emergency care, or treatment for a diagnosed disease. Your consultant may decline to advise, or refer you to a doctor or for tests, if your symptoms need in-person care.
- Not for emergencies. If you have urgent symptoms, contact emergency services. Do not use our consultation, chatbot or WhatsApp for emergencies.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and book for yourself, unless you are a caregiver attending with the person's consent.
- Your information. You agree to give accurate health information. We ask for your consent before collecting it and handle it under our Privacy Policy. Consultations are not recorded unless you agree in advance.
- Recommendations and products. Any product recommendation is your choice to follow. Products are priced separately unless an offer says otherwise. Blood tests, if suggested, are done by independent accredited laboratories under their own terms.
- Fees. Any fee is shown on the booking page before you pay. Where a consultation is included with a product offer, the offer states how long it is valid.
- Rescheduling, cancellation and no-shows. Reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before your slot for a full refund or a new time. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded, but you may rebook once at no extra cost within 30 days. If we cancel or the consultant cannot join, you get a full refund or a new slot of your choice. If a consultation fails for technical reasons on our side, we rebook you free.
- Customers outside India. For consultations booked from outside India, our consultants are qualified and registered in India and provide wellness and lifestyle guidance only; they are not licensed to practise medicine in your country, do not issue prescriptions there, and the consultation does not create a doctor–patient relationship under your local law. Please keep your local doctor informed.
- Conduct. We may end a consultation in case of abusive behaviour, without refund.
- Complaints. Write to our Grievance Officer at office@menoveda.com. These terms are part of our Terms of Service.
